Photographs of the packaging and damaged items may be required in order to assist with carrier claims.

Refused Deliveries

If a shipment is refused and returned to ScaleModelSupply.com, any carrier fees incurred will be deducted from the refund.

Refused shipments may also be subject to restocking fees.

International Shipping

At this time, international shipping availability may vary depending on destination and carrier service availability.

International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs fees, or other charges imposed by their country.
