Product Information & Availability

• Correct errors in product listings
• Modify product pricing at any time
• Cancel orders due to pricing or inventory errors
• Limit quantities of products purchased per customer

If an inventory error occurs and a product cannot be fulfilled, we will issue a refund for that item.

Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

Once an order is placed it cannot be modified, combined with other orders, or adjusted. Please review your cart carefully before completing checkout.

Order Cancellations

Due to the automated and rapid fulfillment process, ScaleModelSupply.com does not accept order cancellations.

If a cancellation is approved as an exception, store credit may be issued. If a refund is requested instead of store credit, a 15% or $2.95 cancellation fee (whichever is greater) will apply.

Returns & Refunds

Returns are governed by our Return Policy. Most new unopened items may be returned within 7 days of delivery with an approved Return Authorization Number (RMA).

Returned items may be subject to restocking fees and inspection requirements.

Manufacturer Warranties

Many products sold on ScaleModelSupply.com are covered by manufacturer warranties.

Defects including missing parts, paint issues, mechanical failures, or other manufacturing defects should be handled directly with the manufacturer.

Digital Command Control (DCC) electronics, decoders, and locomotives with installed decoders must be serviced directly by the manufacturer.

Shipping

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

ScaleModelSupply.com is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other events outside our control.

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

Incorrect Addresses

ScaleModelSupply.com is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply.

Refused Shipments

If a package is refused and returned to us, any carrier fees incurred will be deducted from the refund.

Refused shipments may also be subject to restocking fees.

Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated, refund processing will be paused until the dispute is resolved.

Returned items connected to a dispute remain subject to our standard return policy including restocking fees and inspection requirements.

Customers are encouraged to contact us directly before initiating a dispute so we can resolve the issue.

Third-Party Products

ScaleModelSupply.com is a retailer and marketplace for hobby products manufactured by third-party companies.

We are not responsible for manufacturer design changes, packaging variations, or warranty service decisions.
